PERQ for Work is the rebranded name for the former MBTA Corporate Pass Program. PERQ allows employees to purchase their monthly pass directly through their employer at a tax-advantaged rate. The program is free to use. The passes function like a regular MBTA monthly pass with the added benefit of tax-free savings and the convenience of cards delivered to your worksite.
