The Canal Street projects is a two-year $12 million project that will include road resurfacing, new sidewalks, enhancements to the streetscape – lighting and trees, and the reconfiguration of the intersection of Canal St./Mill St./Jefferson St. for enhanced safety for all users. The project also includes the extension of the off-street bike path to the intersection of Canal Street and Washington Street.
